In this current economic climate, as companies, school districts and municipalities wrestle with layoffs and reduced budgets, employers can't afford to incur extra costs and lost productivity when an employee is injured.
Apart from creating a safe workplace and preventing injuries, one of the most effective ways to control workers compensation costs is to implement a Return to Work (RTW) program. Without such a program, employers risk spending thousands of additional dollars in claims costs, medical costs, temporary and permanent disability, hiring and re-training costs.

The T.E.M.P system (Transitional Employee Medical Program) is an on the job rehabilitation program. Put together before or after a common injury occurs. Using each position as a step towards regular employment. Spanning the gap between transational duty and full duty, fully supported by treating physician.
