The T.E.M.P system (Transitional Employee Medical Program) is a tiered, on the job rehabilitation program. Using each tier position as a step towards regular employment. Spanning the gap between limited duty and full duty, fully supported by treating physician.
It is developed with input from employees, supervisors and management.
SCS will develop a T.E.M.P System for an individual injury, a certain department, or setup a company wide program. The system, once in place, can be used over again for similar type injuries.
Our professional staff can do a full functional capacity report on the regular duty position, along with developing the T.E.M.P system. Our system allows follow up with treating physician and employee.
SCS provides comprehensive reports for the physicians,TPA's, employers and insurance carriers. These reports, forms and letters are also available on a secure internet server.
