Our school district believes our employees are our most important assets. 

We are committed to assisting our injured employees return to work as soon as medically appropriate and to work with the medical community to help the injured employees regain important social contacts and their livelihood.

That is why we have implemented T.E.M.P.( Transitional Employee Medical Program ) a return to work program that meets the needs of our School District and the injured employee. Our focus is to work with medical providers and injured employees to provide productive and meaningful transitional positions to accommodate the remaining physical capabilities of our employee as they progress through the program to full duty. If the injury results in permanent restrictions we will strive to accommodate in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
